Refund Policy - the basics

We offer a 14 day return period from the date of delivery for most items. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, you may return it for a full refund or exchange, provide the item is;

  • Skincare or beauty products that have been opened

  • Supplements or consumables

  • Personal wellness items (e.g massage tools, water)

  • Underwear

Faulty or Damaged Products

If your item is faulty or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your  order. We will offer a replacement of full refund once the issue has been reviewed.

Please note; Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.
